Premium Container Restrooms

Our container restrooms are precision-engineered with stainless steel components manufactured in-house, ensuring exceptional durability, hygiene, and long service life. Each unit features fully insulated interiors with clean, low-maintenance finishes designed to withstand heavy daily use while maintaining a modern, professional appearance.

Whether you are outfitting a construction site, public event, or remote location, these container restrooms combine efficiency, resilience, and clean design for a superior sanitation solution.

Electrical

These restrooms are built for plug-and-play site readiness, with 240V single-phase, 100A electrical service standard across all models.

Water

Water can be supplied by connecting to city lines or through integrated onboard tanks (300–500 gallons), depending on your project’s needs.

Placement

Place on level ground with good drainage. Ideal surfaces include a concrete slab or gravel bed. Once positioned, simply secure with support blocks and ground locks for a stable, ready-to-use facility.

Lincoln Center is Quality

1. Built in-house for durability
Core components are fabricated under one roof. From cut and form to weld, blast, and paint, quality is documented at each stage.

2. Comfort and climate control
R-14 wall and ceiling insulation with serious HVAC capacity keeps interiors usable in tough conditions. Models include ducted 18,000 BTU systems or 36,000 BTU multi-zone setups, depending on size.

3. Self-contained utilities, simple hookups
Standard power is 240V single-phase at 100A, units can connect to city water or run with onboard tanks. Select models include 300–500 gallon water tanks and 1,000–1,350 gallon waste or gray tanks.

4. Field-friendly design
Rugged stair sets, multiple entry doors, forklift access, and corner blocks for lifting. Optional low fill-water alerts and security integrations make deployment and oversight easier.
